Upgrade livekit_server role (v1.11.0-0 -> v1.11.0-1)

Browse Source 
Brings in a new `livekit_server_container_http_listen_interface`
variable, which allows publishing LiveKit's HTTP signaling port (7880)
on a host interface. Useful when a reverse-proxy fronting LiveKit runs
outside the container network.
