Enabling the MSC4143 experimental feature without configuring any transports makes Synapse serve an empty response on the RTC transports API. Clients treat that response as authoritative and do not fall back to the org.matrix.msc4143.rtc_foci property in the client well-known, breaking Element Call with a MISSING_MATRIX_RTC_TRANSPORT error.
This makes the playbook wire the LiveKit JWT service URL into the new matrix_rtc.transports Synapse setting, matching what continuwuity, tuwunel and the client well-known already advertise.

None of these flags exist in current Synapse:
- msc3266_enabled: MSC3266 support was stabilized in Synapse v1.153.0 and the room summary API is now always enabled
- msc4140_enabled: this was never a Synapse configuration setting in any released version. Delayed events have always been controlled by the `max_event_delay_duration` setting, which the playbook was emitting alongside the flag. The toggle is now named `matrix_synapse_delayed_events_enabled`.
- msc4429_enabled: MSC4429 support has not landed in any released Synapse version, so this flag never had any effect

When no experimental features were enabled (e.g. Matrix RTC and Matrix Authentication Service both disabled), the generated homeserver.yaml contained `experimental_features: null`, which Synapse v1.157.0+ does not tolerate and crashes on startup.
The `experimental_features` configuration is now constructed via a dedicated `matrix_synapse_experimental_features` variable (split into `_default`, `_auto` and `_custom`, as is customary), which always yields a mapping (potentially an empty one).

* feat: support container_network=host across all roles + systemd templates
Mirror the pattern Slavi introduced for matrix-coturn (aafa8f0) across the
fork: every 'Ensure X container network is created' task gets a
'when: <var> not in ["", "host"]' guard so MDAD does not try to
docker_network create a network literally named 'host' (returns 403,
since host is a pre-defined Docker network).
Mirror the same guard in every systemd unit template that does
'ExecStartPre=docker network connect <addnet> <container>' loops over
matrix_<role>_container_additional_networks: skip the connects when the
container is on host networking (where additional --network attaches
are invalid).
Unblocks DiD setups where MDAD-managed containers share their host's
network namespace (matrix-mdad outer compose service joined to central
postgres/openldap networks) to reach external services on the outer
Docker daemon.
* Simplify container network guards (!= 'host') and fix duplicate when
Guarding on the empty string ('') as well was misleading: systemd unit
templates still render an unconditional --network= flag, so an empty
network value produces a broken docker create command. Only 'host' is
actually supported, so only guard on that. This also matches the
existing convention in the Traefik role
(when: traefik_container_network != 'host').
Also fix a duplicate when key in the meshtastic-relay role, where the
network-creation task already had a when condition - the two are now
combined into a list.

Introduces the `matrix_synapse_experimental_features_msc4429_enabled`
variable (disabled by default), allowing Synapse to notify clients
using the legacy /sync endpoint of profile changes for other users.

Add support for all server_notices settings documented by Synapse:
- room_avatar_url: optional avatar for the server notices room
- room_topic: optional topic for the server notices room
- auto_join: whether users are auto-joined instead of invited (default: false)

Add matrix_synapse_ext_password_provider_ldap_tls_options_ca_certs_file
variable to allow specifying a custom CA certificate file for LDAP TLS
verification. Useful when Synapse is running in a container that does not
trust a private/internal CA by default.
Example usage:
matrix_synapse_ext_password_provider_ldap_tls_options_ca_certs_file: /etc/ssl/certs/my-ca.crt
These three roles have multiple variable prefixes each:
- kakaotalk: matrix_appservice_kakaotalk + matrix_appservice_kakaotalk_node
- telegram: matrix_mautrix_telegram + matrix_mautrix_telegram_lottieconverter
- synapse: matrix_synapse + matrix_synapse_customized + matrix_synapse_rust_synapse_compress_state
For each: renamed _docker_image* to _container_image* (and _docker_src*,
_docker_repo* where applicable), added deprecation entries in
validate_config.yml, updated group_vars references, and moved
deprecation tasks to the front of validate_config.yml.

matrix_synapse_systemd_service_post_start_delay_seconds is assigned a string value, and setup fails while creating the service file. It is impossible to compare str and int.
Switch the systemd ExecStartPost health check from docker exec + curl
to polling docker inspect for container health status. This piggybacks
on the container image's built-in HEALTHCHECK instead of duplicating it.
Also add a configurable container health interval (5s for Traefik setups,
15s otherwise) to speed up startup readiness detection without affecting
non-Traefik deployments.

Previously, we had a 10-second magical delay.
Now we first do a healthcheck to figure out when it really is up.
Then, we do the same 10-second magical delay to account for the time it
may take for a reverse-proxy (like Traefik) to pick up Synapse's routes.
The migrate service now declares Requires/After on matrix-synapse.service,
ensuring Synapse (and its transitive dependencies like Postgres and Docker)
are running before the migration triggers.
This works around an issue with Matrix Authentication Service's `syn2mas` sub-command (at version v0.16.0),
which chokes with an error:
> Error: Failed to load Synapse configuration
> Caused by:
> invalid type: found unit, expected struct EnableableSection for key "default.cas_config" in homeserver.yaml YAML file
This issue is likely to be fixed in MAS v0.16.1 or v0.17.0.
This also reverts e5574a405e because:
- it was causing issues on some servers (not clear why)
- such workarounds are no longer necessary when doing multi-stage building.
* Enable Internal Admin API Access separately from Public access.
* Add Config variable for Draupnir Hijack command
And also make the internal admin API be automatically activated when this capability is used.
* Apply suggestions from code review

* Further Refine Internal Admin API
* Add Non Worker Labels for Internal Admin API
* Variable Rename
* Add validation rules for Internal Synapse admin API
* Add Draupnir Admin API required config validation.
* Override `matrix_synapse_reverse_proxy_companion_container_labels_internal_client_synapse_admin_api_traefik_entrypoints` via group vars
* Wire `matrix_bot_draupnir_admin_api_enabled` to `matrix_bot_draupnir_config_admin_enableMakeRoomAdminCommand` in Draupnir's `defaults/main.yml`
* Remove unnecessary `matrix_bot_draupnir_admin_api_enabled` override from `group_vars/matrix_servers`
The same value is now (more appropriately) defined in Draupnir's `defaults/main.yml` file anyway.
* Add additional condition (`matrix_bot_draupnir_enabled`) for enabling `matrix_synapse_container_labels_internal_client_synapse_admin_api_enabled`
* Use a separate task for validating `matrix_bot_draupnir_admin_api_enabled` when `matrix_bot_draupnir_config_admin_enableMakeRoomAdminCommand`
The other task deals with checking for null and not-blank and can't handle booleans properly.
