Slavi PantaleevandClaude Opus 5.5 e995961390 Pin the Nix dev shell's agru to the v0.3.0 release 
The agru input tracked agru's main branch while labeled 0.2.1, and lock
file maintenance could pull in unreleased commits. Pin the v0.3.0 tag
and label the build accordingly.

flake.lock was updated without a working Nix: the NAR hash was computed
with nix-hash, which reproduces the previous entry's hash.

Slavi PantaleevandClaude Fable 5 0b966a4500 Update agru version label to match the locked v0.2.1 revision 
flake.lock already pins agru at the v0.2.1 commit (via #5415);
this label only names the built derivation.
