Slavi PantaleevandClaude Opus 5.5 8e50e589a7 Update links to the MASH playbook's service documentation 
The MASH playbook moved each service's documentation from
docs/services/<service>.md to components/<component>/README.md.
The Jitsi link now points at the section with the subpath notes
(the `#url` anchor no longer existed).
