# Church of Kosmo - Language Index

This repository now organizes scripture and charter texts by language so translations can evolve together.

## Directory Layout

- `docs/en/` - canonical English texts moved from the previous root structure.
- `docs/cs/` - Czech translation workspace, mirroring the English layout.
- `assets/` - shared visual resources (language independent).
- `CONTRIBUTING.md` and `LICENSE.md` - contribution guide and license.

## Working With Translations

1. Choose a language folder under `docs/`.
2. Each folder mirrors the same structure (`charter/`, `codex/`, etc.) so it is easy to track progress file by file.
3. Add translated Markdown directly beside the English originals, keeping filenames identical.
4. Note unfinished passages with `TODO` so reviewers can help complete open sections.

To add a new language, duplicate `docs/en/`, translate the files, and update this index.

The emblem of the Church of Kosmo is the **Double Spiral within a Circle of Twelve Stars** -  
representing expansion, return, and the continuity of cosmic memory.
